According to the results of previous research, it was inferred that on-going conversations about scientific phenomena such as the changing phases of the moon would enhance prospective teachers' scientific knowledge and knowledge about the nature of science. However, some thought that it would be hard to keep observing the moon outside of classes and that they couldn't do this, even though they realized that observations of the moon would be useful for learning about the moon. The authors developed a mobile moon observation system to facilitate the prospective teachers' ability to continue observation of the moon and a PC system to share observations. Based on the prospective teachers' answers and descriptions, they thought that the mobile system was useful and convenient. In addition, many chose the mobile & PC system rather than paper sheets as an observation tool & a data sharing tool. The system also possesses a Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL) feature through which students can share observational data with each other and engage in discussions. From a practical study, we found that students were able to send lunar observational data from their mobile phones effortlessly from the outdoors, and their interest, attention, attitude, and motivation toward nature observation improved. This research mainly examines the influence of the LOS ""LOS (Lunar Observation Support) system on learning about the moon in a course for prospective teachers. In terms of practices, most of students evaluated on-going observation and communication inside and outside of a classroom positively. The LOS system could facilitate students to deliberate the age of the moon while choosing and adjusting the phase through mobile phones. The detailed analysis about students' conceptions of the moon shows the possibility which on-going observations, sharing observational data and communicating about the moon with the use of LOS system enhance prospective teachers' knowledge of the moon. That would be helpful especially for students who hardly answer to the questions of a lunar inventory sheet. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of certain environmental factors on work stressors and work stress responses in Japanese manufacturing company employees. The participants were 25 employees from a manufacturer of plastics and metal molds in Kyoto, Japan. We will present how a maker evaluated companies doing subcontract work about quality of manufactured goods and the appointed date of delivery, and how employees of the manufacturer doing subcontract work were managing work stressors and work stress responses. Especially, when plastics molding outcomes were below standard, the questionnaire was checked and the employees were asked to describe the work status. By analyzing these questionnaires, we aimed at finding the effect of human error on plastics molding processes.
